Caseificio Tosi is an artisanal family dairy based in Gattico (Piedmont region), positioned near Lake Maggiore Tosi combines traditional northern Italian water buffalo cheesemaking with the soft, cream-infused, bloomy-rind style requested for the Argental brand line.
